-Scale to try and finish the work within the provided time to get some rest

Needed a chill day and to heal the hands so that was ok. Completed first chunk @ 60# ohs, ring rows. Part of second chunk @ 65# and ring rows with feet on box. Tried to get her to nap then finished ohs and rows. Did some more ring rows, push-up and bike after she finally decided to nap after class. Snatch complex @ 45-65#
