Rx Strict Deficit HSPUs with paralletes (singles) and 165# thrusters (fives) / Bench press: Worked up to a single @ 245# then triples @ 225,215, and 205# / Overhead tricep extension: 10@50#,60# and 70#. 8@80#, 5@85# 2@90#.
