Today we start a new 8 week cycle of CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teens. 
If you want your child to try it out, show up at 4:15pm today and we will take care of you!

10 Bar Muscle Ups
*2.) 5x5 Overhead Squat @ 65%
-Hold 3 seconds in basement each rep
*3.) EMOM 10 with :10 reset
10 GHD situps
ME Burpees
(Set clock for 10 rounds of 1:00/:10)
