2020 Online Qualifier Workout 3

COVID-19 is dooming and glooming its way in to our lives. We are going to offer two options until a confirmed case in Brown County happens, the first one being continuing with classes as usual and the second one being just coming in and doing the workout in open gym format. This way as adult human beings we have the option to choose what we feel is best for us. Once and if there is a case of COVID-19 in Brown County we will re-evaluate the situation. Regardless of a confirmed case we will continue to clean and disinfect the gym daily. Please if you are sick, stay home (seriously stay home).  When in the gym, keep an approximate six foot diameter perimeter around yourself as you workout and please wipe everything down as we have a ridiculous amount of sanitizing wipes for your use. If, God forbid you cough, cough into your elbow and not in to your hands.  Wash your hands frequently and above all don't stick your hands and fingers in to your eyes and or mouth. Please stay tuned to this page daily for any updates as I'm sure we're going to have  a ton of them over the next couple weeks.

1.) 2020 Online Qualifier Workout 3
For time:
100 alternating dumbbell snatches
50-cal. row
100 bar-facing burpees
50/35-lb. dumbbell
Time cap: 20 minutes

Fatigued from the weekend workouts. / Completed this WOD on 3-27-20 with a 60# dumbbell in 16:08.
My lungs have forsaken me. 3 rounds: 8 barbell glute bridge (w/pause), 8 front rack lunges (125#), 10 lat DB lunges (35# DBs). 3 rounds: 10 strict T2B, 20 hollow rocks. 7 rounds: 5 strict pull-ups , 5 strict deficit HSPU (2 rounds w/ 10# plates, 5 w/ 15# plates. First time I’ve ever been able to do strict deficit 🤗) 4x10 FS@ 50% (95)
