Please join us this morning for our weekly community workout at 8:15am. If it’s a challenge for you to just walk through the doors of a gym today is your day to see that it’s really not that scary. 10 Alternating Rope Climbs
10 Alternating Sandbag Cleans 150/100lb
*4.) 20 min EMOM
30 Sec Plank Hold
