47:52 @ home, no rower so did echo bike twice, no GHD so just did abmat sit-ups
Strict Press up to 170# then 5x5 @ 140# / 5x10 BOBBR pulling to my hips @ 195# / EMOM10: 10 strict ring dips. First 5 rounds UB, then smaller sets until complete.
