Gymnastics classes for November will focus on the movements Knees to Elbow/Toes to Bar/Strict Toes to Bar/Ball up on rings to pass through.  
There will be three classes at various times of the day to help you get to one and work on your skills: Saturday 11/3 at 11:15am, Thursday 11/8 at 4:15pm and Friday 11/16 at 6:15am

1:45 - 1:53 rower pace / SDHP completed in sets of 10 or 5 / Pull-ups completed in sets of 10, 8, 7 except for the last round which had smaller sets / *2.) from Tuesday complete in 24:45 - The first 9 OHS were @ 225#. Started failing on the second set so I dropped the weight to 205# / 4x10 front rack lunges @ 185#
