11am to 1pm today we will be redoing 18.4. Please once again don't do anything until 11 bells so barbell can finish up class. Mobility is open for business though so if you're there early and want to do stuff do mobility. I wish you all the greatest Sunday!

15 out of 15 DLs @ 315 + 50 feet of handstand walking = 146 reps (15 rep improvement!) Wore my belt for the 315 DLs which helped out :)
