Heavy Deadlifts and Handstand Walks await you today after you finish some heavyish Deadlifts and Handstand Push-ups with an old favorite original Girl WOD Diane In the 4th CrossFit Games Open workout of 2018. 18.4 is another great challenge for all of us and we'll be sure to roll out those mats so all of us not so secure Handstand walkers don't die.

21-15-9 reps of:
Deadlifts, 225 lb. / 155 lb.
Handstand push-ups
21-15-9 reps of:
Deadlifts, 315 lb. / 205 lb.
50-ft. handstand walk after each set
