Workout 18.2 & 18.2a

A two part Open workout, the best kind! 12 minutes to complete a bunch of Dumbbell Front Squats and Bar Facing Burpees and after those are done Clean some heavy weight. Fun. We've prepared well for this workout so make sure you eat some steak, broccoli, sweet potato, acavodo, wash it all down with some good old h20 and walk through those door ready to kick some ass.

Tried to pace burpees to keep HR low - so I could clean a big number. Could have pushed more on them. Brain still doesn’t trust knees, so i power cleaned. Someday I’ll learn to squat clean :)
