The CrossFit Games Season has begun with the release of Workout 18.1 last evening. The workout is just a good old fashioned grinder. Efficient movement at a steady eddy pace! Do you have to choose from the get go to do all workouts RX or scaled? Or can you choose each workout what’s best for you? BC this one I could do (slow) but RX but one later with MU or something I’d have to not complete it.
