Quick reminder on when you'll be able to do the Open Workouts:

1) Thursday Night Lights - Immediately following the WOD announcement (approx.7pm)
2) Friday All  Day - The Open WOD will be our WOD; 5:15am, 6:15am, 8:15am, 9:15am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 3:15pm, 4:15pm 5:15pm
3) Sunday - 11am-1pm 
4) Monday - During open gym only and you will need to bring your own judge  
1.) Armor

5 Snatch 185/125lb
21 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
choose one extra credit if time allows in class
*2.) Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes 3 Clean +1 Jerk @ approx 75% 
*3.) Every 30 seconds for 5 minutes 
3 Deadlift 315/225lb
5 Bar Facing Burpees
*4.) SPUC
5-4-3-2-1-1-2-3-4-5
Strict Wide Grip Pull-ups 
Strict Narrow Grip Pull-ups 
Strict Chin-ups 
*5.) 5 Back Squat every 2 minutes for 10 minutes @ approx 65%

185# is a challenging snatch, but I completed all 15 reps with lots of rest in between each rep and unfortunately lots of failed attempts. Learned some things about my technique and I will improve from this experience. / Juba from Thursday complete: 4 rounds complete in the 9 minutes. 3 rep front squat from the floor at 155, 185, and 215#
