Every year for the past 6 years we have put on our annual Ice Bowl Competition and since the beginning our partners have helped make this the best payout for a competition in the state of Wisconsin. We have taken great pride in the fact that we do not pocket all the sponsorship money but we do the opposite and award it out to the competitors. This year is no different and we are looking at having the biggest payout yet! I want to thank our partners this year and please give them a call if you are in need of a service that they provide. 5 rounds: 20 DB OH lunges (both arms 35#), 10 DB snatch (45#), 20 WB (16), 10 gob squats (1.5 pood). When there are no women’s barbells, DBs are friend 👽 topped the evening off with a fun row session: 500-400-300-200-100-200-300-400-500m. Then 4 rounds: 1 PS -> 1 HPS -> 3 OHS, 25 hollow rocks, 20m HS walk
