The 21 Day Fasting Challenge will have two separate categories this time around. The first one will be an 8/16 hour fast and the second one will be a 4/20 hour fast. The first one means you are allowed to eat 8 hours and fast for 16 and the second one is eat for 4 hours and fast for 20. The hours of eating and fasting are to remain the same for the entire 21 days. The rules will be no sugar, grains, reduced fat dairy and alcohol. White rice, oatmeal and full fat dairy products are allowed. 
Must be in the gym 17 of 21 days. In the gym means yoga, mobility, skill work and/or WODs so you don't have to workout 17 of the 21 days but you must be in the doors doing something. Make sure you have the membership necessary to attend the classes you’d like to. 
Journaling food and workouts will be required and journals will be emailed to everyone to print and fill out. Cost is $30 a person and top 3 payout with over 15 people and top 2 with 14 and under. Sign up boards will be up this week. Challenge begins next Friday.
