The one thing that connects every human being is the fact that we all need to pick things up (deadlift), squat (sit down/stand) and press (putting loads above our head) from the day we start walking until the day they lay us down in the ground. Every day you step in to this little gym remember that and regardless of being the fastest or lifting the most it really just comes down to the fact that we are working our butts off to get better at living life. So give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done!

With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible in 26 minutes of:
6 deadlifts, 315/225 lb., each
9 bar-facing burpees, synchronized
9 bar muscle-ups, each
55-ft. partner barbell carry, 315 lb.
Operator Cpl. Kevin van de Rijdt, 26, of the Netherlands, died Sept. 6, 2009, during heavy combat in Afghanistan. He was a member of Special Forces (Korps Commando Troepen) Task Force 55 within the Netherlands Armed Forces.
Van de Rijdt was an avid CrossFit athlete and instructor in Venlo, Netherlands. His favorite movements included deadlifts, bar muscle-ups and partner bar-facing burpees.

*3.) EMOM for 10 minutes 2 Cleans + 1 Jerk from blocks @ Low Hang (directly below knees and knees are slightly in front of ankles) @ approx 60%
