Sorry for the delay but we have the winners of the April 21 day Challenge. In first place is Mr. Jordan Heider. Jordan crushed this challenge and you could see it in his performance in the gym and his body. Not that I was looking or anything but muscles were gained and it was all because he ate food and it was a lot of it. Christian and Brad Rush tied for second place. I am very impressed with Christian and Brad's commitment level when they sign up for these challenges. All or nothing and you know what that's what it takes if you want to podium at anything in life. Subbed 40 meter Farmer's carry with 53# kbs for handstand walk and did 10 strict pull ups/ 10 ring rows per round. Slight bar work during overhead squats. 6 Rounds of: 10 snatch grip push press, 5 OHS, 10 bent over rows-supinated grip, and 10 shoulder press. Slow and controlled movements.
