All the Qualifiers

To all the weightlifters, volunteers and to the boys that ran the show (Justin, Ty and Jordan) great day. Jared qualified for nationals, every lifter from GBB finished with a total, weight changes were flawless, and the volunteers that worked their tails off made this day of weightlifting as close to perfect as one could ask for. Thank you to the judges that lent us your expertise to keep the lifters in check. Thank you Hill for making the really tasty food and to the couple of kids of the blue haired mother and the coast guard dad  for taking care of the garbage. Charlie and Derek, well done keeping that computer up to date and the music at the appropriate volume. Thank you T, Laura, Britt, Ross for taking care of the checking in process, as exciting as it was. Mat and Zac thank you for being with CFGB for such a short time yet giving up your entire day. Jamie, Kim, Donn, Michelle, Sal, Sabrina, Ann, Mary, Johnna, Paul, Anna, Pete, Angel and it's really late so I apologize if I missed anyone else.  Long story short it was a great day because of not one of you but every single one of you that I was honestly sad to see end. Ty and Jordan not sure I can tell you enough how proud I am to have you two and Justin I don't honestly know where I'd be if you weren't by my side. Thank you all!
Congrats to Travis, Billy Binsfeld and Miss Zeamer for making us coaches at CFGB look like we know what we are doing with your fine performances at the Festivus Games today as well. Have a great Sunday!
1.) Qualifier Workout no. 2
Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
    25 toes-to-bars
    50 double-unders
    15 squat cleans, 135 lb.
If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
    25 toes-to-bars
    50 double-unders
    13 squat cleans, 185 lb.
If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
    25 toes-to-bars
    50 double-unders
    11 squat cleans, 225 lb.
If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
    25 toes-to-bars
    50 double-unders
    9 squat cleans, 275 lb.
If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
    25 toes-to-bars
    50 double-unders
    7 squat cleans, 315 lb.
Stop at 20 minutes.
2.) Qualifier Workout no. 4
2 rounds for time:
10 deadlifts, 315 lb.
20 deficit handstand push-ups, 4.5-in. deficit
30 front squats, 95 lb.
