You came to CrossFit Green Bay to do CrossFit. I assume this very confidently because I figure if you didn't, you surely wouldn't put yourselves through the programming this place puts you through. I put my everything behind CrossFit because it's not any thing it's everything. We show up daily physically and the other two elements are up to you pushing though with your "heart" and believing in yourself with your soul. This is true with everything in our lives; we are automatically present but are we actually there with our heart and souls? Believe in what you do and what you do will make you truly 'Good at Everything'.

Bs 2 at 170 or 175 (refused to add up didn't want to pyshc my self out, happened anyway when I put 185 on), 100 weighted walking lunges, 100 side lunges, 100 curtsy lunges, 100 clam shells, 50 ghds, and 50 strict hspu to 2ab mats and a 15lb plate. Spent!
