Monday brings us a new On Ramp cycle and it also brings us into our regional training. We have two athletes for sure to train, our Masters Tom Fameree and my very own stepmother Paula Soletski and there is a small possibility that our team may still make it. The odds are small but we are going to be prepared if the call comes. To anyone that wants to get started in CrossFit there is no finer box than ours to learn. Just shoot us an email or give us a call and we will get you all set up for Monday.
