modifications for lots of stuff since I'm limited at work, 30 minute personal training session
Blue/green band C2B, TU attempts, 6# wallball 2:1 (those went surprisingly well, should've gone heavier), and black band dips. Got all the way to the beam on rope climbs! Woohoo! And got my K2E!!!

Mods - triple attempts. 8lb wb so I could launch it high enough to not catch with my face, dips on = bars. And Sml blue band for c2b

23 triple unders 2 attempts. Mostly knees to under arm with a few k2e. Banded c2b
25 something with mods not a fan of this one

Triple-under singles as I can't string them together...yet. / 15,10 ring dips from high rings / Need to practice wall ball 2-for-1s. Did sets of 5 today / GHD sit-ups / Tried skin-the-cat follow-throughs for the first time after class!
