Hero week day 2. If you're running in the dark put a vest on and or a light so you don't befriend a bumpers going 40 miles an hour. 
Have a great day and remember when you want to throw in the towel in the middle of the workout that you're working out for a fellow CrossFitter who no longer can. 

We are looking for any and all volunteers for our upcoming Weightlifting meet. Whether you're looking to help set up, sell food, change weights on the bar etc, we could use between 10-15 helpers throughout the day. The more people we have helping, the less work each person has to do πŸ€“
