Workout 17.3

Honestly we have been doing Snatches a lot (note I said Snatches) as well as our fair share of chest to bars. In that first 8 minutes get those chest to bars and snatches done. It is a mile sprint. A large majority of you can run a sub 8 minute mile. I look forward to watching those getting in to that elusive 3 rounds and watching those that get through the first two with ease fighting their way through 4 more rounds. Don't squeeze that bar to death once you get near your PR's, push that thumb through that pointer and middle finger. Press those big toes down on that ground pulling through hang and most importantly use those legs. 17.3 all day today and then we'll do it again at 12:00pm on Sunday. You will need to contact Justin or myself to do this outside of class time as this workout is going to require a coach.

Prior to 8:00, complete:
3 rounds of:
    6 chest-to-bar pull-ups
    6 squat snatches, 95 lb.
Then, 3 rounds of:
    7 chest-to-bar pull-ups
    5 squat snatches, 135 lb.
*Prior to 12:00, complete 3 rounds of:
    8 chest-to-bar pull-ups
    4 squat snatches, 185 lb.
*Prior to 16:00, complete 3 rounds of:
    9 chest-to-bar pull-ups
    3 squat snatches, 225 lb.
*Prior to 20:00, complete 3 rounds of:
    10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
    2 squat snatches, 245 lb.
Prior to 24:00, complete 3 rounds of:
    11 chest-to-bar pull-ups
    1 squat snatch 265 lb.

*If all reps are completed, time cap extends by 4 minutes.
