Here at CrossFit Green Bay we are proud to offer something for everyone.

We will never discount our services in order to gain numbers. CrossFit Green Bay was built around quality, from our facilities to our coaches.

At CrossFit Green Bay we are about product and it is a commitment from both sides: our coaches’ job is to coach you. Your job is to make sure you are here to learn and get better every day.  We do very difficult WODs and there is very little margin for error with some of our movements between having great form and functionality to actually hurting yourself.  YOU HAVE TO PRACTICE TO GET BETTER. You must commit yourself to CrossFit Green Bay and we will commit ourselves to you.

Rates are as follows:

On Ramp – Our introductory course that teaches you all of the technical movements found in a standard CrossFit workout. $185

Unlimited – 7 days a week as well as multiple times per day. $150

10%
 discount for as follows: all active military and veterans, all enrolled COLLEGE students with a minimum of 12 credits, fire, ems, police and families living in the same household. If you do not meet one of these requirements please don’t ask for the discount.

Prices are not negotiable.  We do business here and our business is to create athletes.
CROSSFIT GREEN BAY SUMMER KIDS PROGRAM

Little Kiddos: 12:30-1:15pm M, W
Ages 5-11 years

We take kids and teach them how to control their bodies in space. Coordination, teamwork and proper posture is introduced at an early age to promote good habits through puberty and adulthood. Weighted exercise will never exceed 20lbs, but they will lift things because kids do need to know how to properly pick things up. So let’s teach them how to do it right through drilling and playing games that teach as well. Another bonus for you parents is after we’re done with them they’ll sleep like babies!

Parents, if you are interested in our program you are free to stop by anytime and watch a class as well as bring your son or daughter in to participate in a class.
CROSSFIT GREEN BAY TEENS PROGRAM

Teens: 1:15-2pm M, W
Ages 11-14 (Teens 15+ can join adult classes with parent consent) 

Every day your son or daughter will be working on mobility, weight lifting, completing the WOD, post WOD stretching and discussing nutrition. Your son or daughter will be proficient in all weightlifting movements, gymnastic movements (pull ups, push-ups, rope climbing, rings, etc.) and they will know how to run. Once your child understands the details of movement they will enter a whole new world of growth.

Our goal is to make your kids the strongest, fastest, smartest athlete on and off the field, court, mat, pitch, etc. We will accomplish this through drilling, lecturing and intense workouts.
On Ramp is your first step to joining CrossFit Green Bay. It is a four week class that meets three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6:15am or 7:15pm.

In these four weeks you will learn what is necessary to get the most out of CrossFit and progress quickly. Regardless of your athletic background, it is in your best interest to take these four weeks and build a solid foundation built on posture, mobility, movement and nutrition.

We take great pride in our attention to detail, and your effort during these four weeks will directly result in greater success when you reach the regular classes.

We can set you up with a coach to do an Intro Session if you'd like to join in the middle of the month, so don't hesitate to sign up!

At CrossFit Green Bay we understand that not everyone wants to be in a group setting.  We also understand members sometimes want additional 1 on 1 work to improve their movement and performance.

All classes are a standard of 1 hour, but can be altered based on the athlete’s needs. A base cost for a 1 hour session is $65. Contact Justin at Justin.Peterson@gbcrossfit.com to set up a training session.

We use on online payment system called MindBody to set up auto-withdrawals on a monthly basis, creating a hassle-free way for our athletes to pay their dues.

If for some reason you need to take a month off or suspend your membership, just let Justin know before the month is over and he will deactivate your account until further notice.
Our gym offers much more than just CrossFit classes!

We have multiple specialty classes throughout the week, including Weightlifting/Barbell, Gymnastics, Yoga and Pilates. 
If you'd prefer to partake in any of these classes you can sign up for our Specialty Class membership.

Unlimited Specialty Classes - Full use of all scheduled Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Yoga and Pilates $150

Athletes with a CrossFit membership receive a 50% discount on the Unlimited Specialty Class program $75

Not sure if you'll use that many classes per month? Buy a 10 class punch card for $100. *Punch cards expire 3 months after purchase.


Weightlifting/Barbell: 
Focusing on the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk, the Weightlifting class builds not only strength, but technique when it comes to moving weight. Foundational movements including various squats as well as accessory work will increase any athlete's capabilities with a barbell. 

Gymnastics: Utilizing connectivity and calisthenics, athletes will learn to control their bodies in space and increase their gymnastics abilities. Common focuses are on Handstand Pushups/Handstand Walking, Muscle Ups, core strength and stability. 

Yoga: Work to increase your body's range of motion and flexibility, as well as stability and balance. We have a dedicated Yoga studio in our building that sets the mood, but doesn't segregate you from the action. 

Pilates: 
This is one of the best ways to increase foundational strength of the body. Working on small muscles that stabilize us is vastly overlooked by many athletes. Attend this class to get an eye opener on your current fitness level!
