At CrossFit Green Bay we are about product and it is a commitment from both sides: our coaches’ job is to coach you. Your job is to make sure you are here to learn and get better every day.  We do very difficult WODs and there is very little margin for error with some of our movements between having great form and functionality to actually hurting yourself.  YOU HAVE TO PRACTICE TO GET BETTER. You must commit yourself to CrossFit Green Bay and we will commit ourselves to you.

Rates are as follows:

On Ramp – Our introductory course that teaches you all of the technical movements found in a standard CrossFit workout. $185

Unlimited – 7 days a week as well as multiple times per day. In addition, Unlimited membership grants you access to free Pilates, Yoga, Gymnastics, and Open Gym times when they are available. $150

3 Classes per week – 3 sessions per week and a total of 12 for the month.  Free Saturday WOD session will not count against the 3 sessions. Open Gym times and any additional classes such as Pilates, Yoga and Gymnastics count as one of your 3 classes for the week.  $125

 discount for as follows: all active military, all enrolled college students with a minimum of 12 credits, fire, ems, police and families. If you do not meet one of these requirements please don’t ask for the discount.

Prices are not negotiable.  We do business here and our business is to create athletes.

Little Kiddos: 4:30-5:15pm M, W
Ages 5-11 years

We take kids and teach them how to control their bodies in space. Coordination, teamwork and proper posture is introduced at an early age to promote good habits through puberty and adulthood. Weighted exercise will never exceed 20lbs, but they will lift things because kids do need to know how to properly pick things up. So let’s teach them how to do it right through drilling and playing games that teach as well. Another bonus for you parents is after we’re done with them they’ll sleep like babies!

Parents, if you are interested in our program you are free to stop by anytime and watch a class as well as bring your son or daughter in to participate in a class.

Teens: 4:45-5:30pm M, W
Ages 11-14 (Teens 15+ can join adult classes with parent consent) 

Every day your son or daughter will be working on mobility, weight lifting, completing the WOD, post WOD stretching and discussing nutrition. Your son or daughter will be proficient in all weightlifting movements, gymnastic movements (pull ups, push-ups, rope climbing, rings, etc.) and they will know how to run. Once your child understands the details of movement they will enter a whole new world of growth.

Our goal is to make your kids the strongest, fastest, smartest athlete on and off the field, court, mat, pitch, etc. We will accomplish this through drilling, lecturing and intense workouts.
On Ramp is your first step to joining CrossFit Green Bay. It is a four week class that meets three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6:15am or 7:15pm.

In these four weeks you will learn what is necessary to get the most out of CrossFit and progress quickly. Regardless of your athletic background, it is in your best interest to take these four weeks and build a solid foundation built on posture, mobility, movement and nutrition.

We take great pride in our attention to detail, and your effort during these four weeks will directly result in greater success when you reach the regular classes.

At CrossFit Green Bay we understand that not everyone wants to be in a group setting.  We also understand members sometimes want additional 1 on 1 work to improve their movement and performance.

All classes are a standard of 1 hour, but can be altered based on the athlete’s needs. A base cost for a 1 hour session is $65. Contact Justin at to set up a training session.
