The CrossFit Green Bay Ice Bowl will take place February 7, 2015. There will be two workouts that all athletes will compete in. The top 50% of each division after the first two workouts will compete in the 3rd and final workout for a chance at cash prizes.

Registration is capped for each division and is as follows:
Masters = 15 each of men and women
Scaled = 25 each of men and women
Rx = 20 each of men and women

These spots are first come, first served. Do not hesitate to sign up because spots will fill up quickly! Please read through it and understand our terms and conditions before signing up for the Ice Bowl.

Masters athletes should be comfortable with (Men/Women):
  • Double Unders
  • Pullups
  • Snatch 95/65 for reps
  • Deadlift 225/155 for reps
  • Front Squat 135/95 for reps
  • Box Jumps
  • Toes to Bar

Scaled athletes should be comfortable with (Men/Women):
  • Pullups
  • Snatching 95/65 for reps
  • Deadlift 225/155 for reps
  • Front Squatting 155/105 for reps
  • Box Jumps
  • Situps

Rx competition is designed for the individuals that are confident in their abilities. Take a look at the Scaled and Masters requirements and make a judgement call. If you have to second guess yourself about doing Rx or Scaled, you should probably do Scaled.

Cash prizes will be awarded for first, second, and third place in each division.
