It is very easy to quit. Yet it is very difficult to mentally deal with that fact and slowly but surely the hole of depression gets deeper and deeper. It is difficult though to not to quit but mentally knowing that you have continued to fight tooth and nail for what you want makes you feel as good as you've ever felt. You can choose your path but the destination of that path is out of your hands. Choose wisely.
The punch cards for Specialty Classes are now available for all members to purchase.
$100 for 10 classes. You can attend any of the Weightlifting, Yoga, Pilates and Gymnastics classes throughout the week.
