Fielder's Choice

Definition. 
Fielder's choice is defined in MLB Rule 2, "Definitions", as "the act of a fielder who handles a fair grounder and, instead of throwing to first base to put out the batter-runner, throws to another base in an attempt to put out a preceding runner."

Some days you gotta make the call whether you do this or you do that. You can do this and this may happen or you can do that and that will happen but no matter which you choose you have a pretty good idea the outcome. Now if you do the thing you know is right it doesn't always turn out the way you hope, but usually it does.  On the other hand, if you choose the wrong thing, it's guaranteed to not turn out. Right decisions, no matter the outcome, can ease the mind.  But doing what you know isn't right will weigh you down with a giant anchor. Decisions are tough, but as humans we need to make them on a daily basis so we're stuck with them. As for myself I've made my fair share of wrong decisions and as I stated earlier I have that burnden on my mind, but I am in constant awareness that I can make my next decision the right one and slowly but surly ease that weight. Make that decision and make it the one that's going to lead to the better odds of success.

Start each round with a 20m behind the back Kettlebell Carry (2 arm) 2/1.5 pood
*5.) 10 minutes of L-Sit Rope Climbs/L-Sit Rope Pull-ups Practice
*6.) 5 rounds
13 GHD Sit-ups
18 Banded Twists (back and forth equals 1)
10 Alternating Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press 65/45lb (5 each arm total) 
*7.) 50 Back Extension
