2020 Online Qualifier Workout 6

The power of a community is a powerful thing as we have seen from growing up right here in Green Bay, Wisconsin cheering on our Green Bay Packers. Throughout the years sitting at Lambeau Field on a Sunday afternoon when the Pack are down by 3 in the final 2 minutes of the 4th quarter, the pack scores a touchdown with 30 seconds remaining that's when the community rises to the moment and becomes part of the team. The noise of the crowd helps the defense keep the opposing offense from scoring through the mind numbing noise from 70,000 plus screaming fans. Here at CrossFit Green Bay and with CrossFit in general when the shit is about to hit the fan the community rises, not neccesarily through screaming (that does occasionally happen though) but standing side by side with competing athletes fighting for each rep, the community truly shines causing each member to push just a little bit harder to reach that finish line. Let's give Tom and Chuck that community push this morning as they continue their journey for their chance at the 2020 CrossFit Games. We are community, we are CrossFit Green Bay!

2 rounds for time of:
10 deadlifts, 315/225 lb.
20 deficit handstand push-ups, 4.5/3 inch deficit
30 front squats, 95/65 lb.
Time cap: 20 minutes

#275 DL and no deficit on HSPU
RX weight. Two 35lb plates for HSPU - most deficit in a wod ever. ๐Ÿค—
Little deficit. HSPU needs improvement but thatโ€™s what the next 12 months are for! :)
