Snatch up to 90ish lbs/kg mixture
Terrible rig. Fat, rubber bar that my hands physically couldn’t hold onto even with an ounce of sweat. Got through 5 rounds, then just did push ups and deadlifts. Got to 9 rounds. So maybe like adjust it to 7? Idk.
Snatches up to 240#. Much better than last week :)
