RX, but did the WOD by myself
160# strict press doubles / 9-6-19 WOD complete in 18:47 with one burpee penalty.
Staying tuned up for DC Century tomorrow. 20 min spin, 50 GHSU/50 GH-HE/30 GHR/10 strict pull-ups (little band asst), 300 ft SB carry (#60), 15 push-ups, 45 Gob squats (#26&#35). Shld’r rehab.
