Tried squatting today, but my right quad tendon was in too much pain driving out of the hole. Resorted to 6x5 HBBS @ 305# (80% is 304#) squatting down to a 20" box which wasn't as painful. 8/20/19 WOD complete in 11:05 / Pull-ups: 15,8,7 / Power C&J: 12,10,8 / Ran 1 mile.
