Extreme hamstring & glute soreness from 7/17/19 squats. Tried biking, but my hamstrings kept cramping. Ended up doing 30 seconds of Assault Bike with arms only / Bench press with feet on bench: 10 @ 135, 155, 165, and 185# / Incline Bench Press: 10 @ 95, 105, 115, 125, and 135#
