These strict presses will be very difficult, so if your nutrition, recovery and sleep are not on point, don’t be upset if you can’t keep up with the EMOM pace. 
Do your best and finish after the beep if you want/need to!

Even: OH walk with KB band hanging from a PVC pipe or trainer bar (stabililty, scale to just a hold and no walk)
Odd: Bar Hang
*4.) 10 minutes Muscle Up technique work
