2015 CrossFit Games Individual Highlights

No finer is there a way to start a day than with 2015 CrossFit Games event 3, Murph. Today the workout requires to complete each movement before starting the next. If you have a vest wear it and if you donโ€™t just go a little harder knowing it could be worse. Have a great Tuesday!

Gymnastics class will be bumped to 3:15pm instead of 4:15pm starting tonight!
For time, with 20 / 14-lb. of body armor:
1-mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1-mile run
Workout is to be done in order ie all 100 Pull-ups must be completed prior to starting 200 Push-ups and so on. 
*2.) Heavy DT
5 rounds for time of:
12 deadlifts 
9 hang power cleans 
6 push jerks 
M 205 lb. F 145 lb.
Time cap: 12 minutes
15-10-6 reps for time of:
Thrusters (165 / 115 lb.)
Bar muscle-ups
Time cap: 10 minutes
6 rounds for time of:
400-meter run
50-ft. yoke carry (380 / 300 lb.)
Time cap: 25 minutes
*5.) Soccer Chipper
100-ft. Pig flip Tire flip (560 / 395 lb.)
4 legless rope climbs
100-ft. handstand walk
Time cap: 12 minutes
Note males use the biggest tire we got and females use the second biggest.

That's a PR. I got smarter abiut working with the vest. A few abs and mobility things afterwards
