Lots of stuff for the members of CFGB to do today. First up Team WOD at 7am (I hear there is going to be a game!) then the regular WOD followed by a little kilo slangin with Green Bay Barbell. Then outside of CFGB, we will be at Todd Rocheleau's homestead for the Swim WOD with Firearms. It's going to be a blast. Everyone that wants to shoot some guns and keep the heart rate up while doing it come on out. Next up is the at the Ashwaubenon High School Pool at 1:30pm where along with Tom Fameree, training for the games Steve Kaster will be coaching us to become better swimmers with a workout at the end.
