Team WOD this morning at 7 bells followed by regular WOD at 8:15am then Barbell and back for the summer,the Swim WOD at 2pm. The swim WOD will be at our place today, 1906 Rainbow Ave in DePere. Everyone is welcome to attend!
Speaking of Swim WODs we need to get Tom ready for the CrossFit Games and Steve Kaster reserved the Ashwaubenon High School Competition Pool the following dates:

Steve will be there coaching and helping us all learn to be better swimmers alongside Tom. Everyone is welcome to join us for these dates. I highly suggest you get yourselves a pair of goggles if you are planning on attending these sessions. Hope you all had a great weekend!
1.) 8 Overhead Squat every 2 minutes for 3 rounds @ approx 65%
5x5 Front squat with pause at the bottom @ 235# every 2:30 / Every 2:30 - 10 alternating front-rack lunges @ 195# for 5 rounds / One lap around the block of sled pushes with Laura (2 blues & 1 red), followed by one lap around the block dragging the sled with straps and the same weight. ROMWOD! Mowed the lawn.
