Team WOD this morning at 7am followed by regular class at 8:15am and then Barbell directly afterwards. Nice little Sunday to get your fitness needs in and still have time to enjoy this beautiful Wisconsin Spring day.

Broke in the MLW-4!
5x5 HBBS @ 300# belted / "Momma Bear" from 5/13/18 - 10 rounds flat. All movements UB. EMOM10: 12 UB T2B for 120 total. Sled pushes two times around the block. Laura pushed (1) 25 and (2) 45s. I pushed (1) 25 and (3) 45s / EMOM8: 8 C2Bs in 2x4 / Rolled out legs with the rumble roller.
