The gym is closed this weekend due to the snow. I'm kidding but really we are closed for business as Green Bay Barbell is hosting the Wisconsin State Weightlifting Championship starting Saturday morning running through Sunday evening. Today we will be setting up the gym for the big show so there could be no better time to get a pre Memorial Day Murph in to shake of the rust! Anyhow please come out and show your support for our very own Green Bay Barbell and enjoy your workout today! Weather is lookin to be pretty nasty so if you're planning on running bring a hat, sweatshirt, rain gear, galoshes, whatever will keep the weather at bay and somewhat dry & warm. If you're not running you will bike half a mile and row a half of a mile in place of each mile.

For time 
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups and squats as needed. Start and finish with a 1-mile run. If you have a 20-lb. vest or body armor, wear it.

I never looked at this before I went. So unprepared, 43:42. 100 step ups, 200 sit-ups, 300 squats. Ran my fastest mile in a year!
