1.) 3 Back Squat every 2 minutes for 12 minutes @ approx 75%
2.) 2016 Masters Qualifier Event 3
15 minute AMRAP

15 Chest to Bar
5 Hang Power Clean 155/105lb
3.) 7 minutes alternating every 30 seconds
