Guys, it's time to SEND IT!
We're going to have an awesome, in-house competition to support our CrossFit Games qualifying athlete, Tom Fameree!
It will be a two person, male/female comp with 3 different skill levels: Rx, Intermediate, Scaled.
As for which division you should do, I recommend doing whichever division would describe how you complete most daily WODs (Rx, mostly Rx, or scaling a lot). 
When you register, put both teammates' names and a team name if you want one (get creative!)
The competition is just for fun and all proceeds will be going toward throwing Tom and our members a big party after he's back from The Games.

Timeframe: 7am Check In
3 WODs from 8am-Noon (ish)
Swim WOD to follow at Ashwabenon Aquatic Center, Comp Pool - Coached by Swim Instructor, Steve Kaster.

We will be pairing up teams together for judging to keep each other honest, and all divisions will be competing against each other.

THERE ARE NO T-SHIRTS INCLUDED IN THIS REGISTRATION SO LEAVE THAT FIELD BLANK.
