We're back at it again with another year of tried and true programming that showcases the fittest athletes around and rewards them with awesome swag bags and the biggest cash prizes you've seen at a local competition.
The 2019 Ice Bowl will be bigger than ever, continuing on with our two day format - Individuals on Saturday, February 2nd, and Teams of 2 (M/F) on Sunday the 3rd. 
Each day of competition will have 3 workouts for everyone to do, and a finals event for the top 4 in each division.

Masters division is back this year! Individuals have to be 40 years old sometime in 2019, and M/F pairs for teams need to have their ages total 80 years or more sometime in 2019. 

Another new fun twist this year: We will release full details on one Individual workout for every 20 Individual registrations, and one Team workout for every 18 Team registrations!

Teams: Make sure you provide your team name, the name and shirt size of your teammate in the Comments box during registration. Failure to do so will cause us to make up a name for you and guess what shirt your teammate would want to wear!

Early bird registration lasts until January 1st, then will increase $20 for each division until we close registration on January 25th. To guarantee a shirt in your size, make sure you register by January 15th!

T-shirts are gender specific, NOT UNISEX so order your size accordingly!
